This policy applies to FNB Financial Corporation and its subsidiaries (i.e. FNB Financial, FNB Financial Services Inc.) and is applicable to all retail customers. It is provided to all customers upon initial account opening and on an annual basis in compliance with the Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act.
FNB Financial is honored that you have chosen to do your banking business with us. We understand that the banking relationship is based on trust. Part of that trust is protecting the information that you have shared with us in order to fulfill your financial needs. We believe that the following policy allows us to protect your privacy and still offer you the best in financial services and products to fulfill your financial goals. The following is our policy for the protection and privacy of your nonpublic personal information.

Definition of Terms
Nonpublic personal information means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources such as telephone directories or government records. Hereafter, we will use the term “information” to mean nonpublic personal information as defined in this section.
An affiliate is a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us, or a company that is owned or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us. Ownership does not mean complete ownership, but means owning enough to have control.
A nonaffiliated third party is a person we do not employ or a company that is not an affiliate of ours. This is known as a nonaffiliated third party, or simply an “other party”.
