Welcome to FNB Financial. The year 2004 marks our 140th year of operation, a feat that places us among the oldest banks in the State of Michigan and the country. Since opening in 1864, we have continuously provided professional financial services to our clients and our communities and have been an active participant in the development and growth of our market area.

The bank, headquartered in Three Rivers, MI., operates out of six full-service locations in the communities of Three Rivers, Constantine, Centreville and Mendon, MI. With just under $140 million in total assets we are of the size to offer a full range of products and services, yet know our customers on a friendly face-name basis.

Aside from the traditional banking services such as deposit accounts, certificates of deposit and loans of all types, we offer a wider range of financial services. FNB specializes in small business and commercial banking services through a group of experienced, highly-qualified commercial bankers not often found in banks of our size. Complimenting the business banking expertise is a full-service trust department and brokerage operation offering employee benefit plans of all sizes and complexities. Our trust powers also allows us to provide personal trust services such as trusts, estates, custodianships, executor services and asset management/investment advise.

FNB Financial also employs a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and other licensed individuals to assist business and individuals with full service or discount brokerage options.
